I’ve set up this newsletter to keep anyone who’s interested up to date on my progress, and of course, to shamelessly promote myself. By signing up, you’ll receive an email each time I post a new blog on my this website. That means 1-2 emails per race and one email every 1-3 weeks otherwise.
I try to make the blogs as interesting & entertaining as possible because I don’t want to bore you and I love to laugh at my own jokes.
Here’s a taste of what my blogs look like:
- TX3 Kemah Triathlon Race Report
- London Triathlon Race Report
- 2011 & Beyond – An Interview with Myself
- 11 Tips for Riding a Trainer…A Lot.
I’ll also post updates to my Twitter and Facebook or you can subscribe to my RSS feed if you prefer to receive them there.
Don’t hesitate to comment/contribute to the website, email me with questions, feedback, etc, I’d love to hear from you. Thank you so much for all the support!
Jesse

Fiidnng this post. It’s just a big piece of luck for me.
Great info Doug, thanks a bunch.Amazing, so many Canadians don’t know all the ins-and-outs of our system. For example one of my neighbors just turned 65 gets max CPP benefits but I mentioned what about OAS, he was clueless. Apparently when you apply for CPP whether earlier or at age 65, OAS is not received until you separately apply for it. And the good thing if we can say anything for the governement, they told him once you apply for OAS it is paid retro-actively from when you apply to that starting age of 65.
Gorgeous, as usual! Thanks again for all of your awesome tutorials! Thanks for offering the blog candy that I would love to win! These would be great to make cards for Operation Write Home!
I absolutley adore this book. I would also like to know when the auditions are. I think i’m perfect for the role of Beatrice. I’m a skinny 16 year old girl who looks like she can pass for at least a twelve year old
