You should try out Strava for sharing workouts. Lets others try to train along with you by taking on the same segments. May be a bit humbling, but would love to see your Wildflower race loaded on there.
In order to boost my energy before the workout I take Navy Seal Formula (by MGNutritionals). This stuff is amazing, my physical capacities have got much higher and I still have energy to burn after a workout. I’m now loosing fat and putting on muscle much faster.
